It was also designed to be a space for continuous knowledge enhancement and innovation, fostering a culture of improvement and creative problem-solving within the company.

Building a Connected Multi-Framework System
Implemented three key frameworks (BE, Unity, and Javascript) and connected them with aggregators and internal products. This laid the foundation for a unified system that supports scalability and seamless integration across platforms.
Refactoring Legacy Games
Migrated and optimized all existing slots into the new system. During the refactor, we leveraged player feedback and input from in-house experts to improve game mechanics, enhance the visual design, and refine the user experience, ensuring the final product aligned with the new quality standards.
Feature Customization & Performance Analytics
Developed a platform that allowed for feature and minigame customization to create, modify, or test new slots. Additionally, integrated performance tracking for all connected products, offering real-time analytics to drive continuous improvements and better decision-making.
Continuous Content Expansion
Focused on designing and implementing new, high-quality content to maintain a competitive edge in the market. By adding fresh content, the modular platform grew in capability, progressively bringing us closer to the ultimate vision of a fully automated game creation system.

To address these challenges, Slot Factory was introduced as a solution to modernize the infrastructure and drive growth. The key business goals were:
Enable Scalability & Innovation – Develop a modular system that allowed seamless slot integrations, ensuring a steady flow of new content and improved operational efficiency.
Strengthen the Spanish Market – Enhance the digital presence of Bar Slots, leveraging their unique appeal to increase engagement and solidify market dominance
Drive International Expansion – Establish a scalable digital foundation in Spain to serve as a launchpad for global growth, diversifying the slot portfolio with internationally appealing products.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, I led and oversaw all aspects of the product, from conceptualization and vision to team management, ensuring the achievement of business goals.
Improvement Opportunity Detection
I identified the opportunity to improve the slot development structure within the company and proposed the creation of a dedicated team to accelerate development cycles, enhance product quality, and free up other teams from creating their own slots. I presented this proposal to the leadership, highlighting the strategic and operational benefits of the initiative.
Technical Product Delivery Leadership
As the team leader, I worked closely on a day-to-day basis with a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing both technical aspects and strategic objectives, ensuring the successful execution of the product roadmap and achieving the ambitious goals set by the team.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
My role involved negotiating and establishing key relationships with platforms, aggregators, security testing labs, and regulatory bodies. By coordinating with international stakeholders, I negotiated agreements that facilitated product infrastructure expansion and optimization.
All of this was managed in English, collaborating with global partners to ensure compliance with industry standards and opening up new growth opportunities.
Slot Design and Management
As an expert in slot game development, I was responsible for the conception and design of the slots, working closely with mathematicians and developers to find the best way to tell the game’s story while optimizing mechanics and user experience. I defined the product rules and collaborated with artists to create the right aesthetics.
Additionally, I managed the gameplay testing to ensure the right feel of the game before its release, while also coordinating integration into portals for proper promotion.
